What the Operator's Notice Covers
The published policy identifies Metlait SRL as the data controller. It describes identity and contact details, financial records, gaming activity, technical information and communications. It also describes obtaining information from verification and payment partners, not only directly from the account holder.
Read the full operator privacy policy for its stated purposes, recipients and transfer arrangements. A summary cannot tell you which checks have been applied to a particular account.
Before Sending a Verification File
- Confirm that the request belongs to the operator and relates to your account.
- Ask which document and which details are necessary.
- Use the designated upload process rather than a public chat, forum or social post.
- Keep a record of when the file was submitted and any reference number.
A document rejection should lead to a specific explanation. If the problem is a missing page or unreadable image, correct that issue; do not send a collection of unrelated documents in the hope that one will work.
Closing an Account Does Not Automatically Erase Records
The notice describes retention obligations, including at least five years after account closure for anti-money-laundering requirements. It lists rights such as access, correction and deletion, subject to applicable restrictions. A deletion request therefore does not necessarily remove every transaction or verification record immediately.
When writing a privacy request, distinguish what you want: correcting a detail, obtaining a copy, stopping marketing or requesting deletion. Ask for the outcome in writing and whether any information must be retained.
Cookies and Active Sessions
Browser cookies can preserve settings or a signed-in session. Clearing them may reset preferences and require another login; it does not erase the operator's account records. Signing out matters particularly on a device someone else can use.
Review any cookie choices presented by the operator and your browser's storage controls. Do not assume that rejecting optional cookies closes an account or cancels marketing consent given elsewhere.
Keep Support Messages Focused
Share the reference number and details needed to identify an issue, but never include a password, a one-time code or a crypto wallet recovery phrase. If support needs a document, ask for the appropriate submission route.
